These terms cover your use of the Satsoccer app. By using it you agree to them.
Who can use Satsoccer
Satsoccer is for players enrolled with the academy and the coaches who run it. Coach accounts are invite-only. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must have enrolled you and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell us at support@satsocceronline.com if you think someone has got into it. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.
How to behave
You may not use Satsoccer to:
- harass, bully, threaten or abuse anyone
- post content that is sexual, violent, hateful or illegal
- impersonate someone else
- share another person's private information
- spam, advertise, or try to break or misuse the service
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Report it in the app — press and hold a message, or use the menu at the top of a conversation. A coach reviews every report, and we may remove content or remove an account without notice.
Content
Drill videos, programs and other material published by the academy belong to the academy. Do not copy, download, re-post or redistribute them. What you write and log stays yours; you give us permission to store and display it so the app works.
The AI coach
The AI coach gives training suggestions. It is not a doctor, physiotherapist or a substitute for your actual coach. Train sensibly, and stop if something hurts.
Injury and health
Soccer training carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have an existing injury or condition.
Payment
Academy membership, where it applies, is arranged with the academy directly and not through the app. The app itself is free to download and use with a valid account.
Ending your access
You can stop using Satsoccer and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to an account that breaks these terms or that no longer belongs to an enrolled player.
The app is provided as it is
We work to keep Satsoccer running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we will tell you in the app about anything significant.
